Rena Rosenthal Cohen is a Behaviour Change Coach and Registered Dietitian who has been working in the weight loss industry for over 20 years. Over the years, she has seen the damage fad diets, detoxes, and, even worse, the hormonal problems which have impacted women’s lives who in their desperation have resorted to quick fixes in order to lose weight. It’s these unsustainable approaches that have led to 95% of people not only regaining lost weight but also creating beliefs around food and nutrition that are centered around calorie restriction as opposed to being nutritious and balanced to optimize health. Rena is a strong advocate for women’s health and believes that they key to successful and long term weight loss centres around prioritizing self care to ensure women can feel good about what it takes to look and feel their best.
