In Episode 93 (and continued in Episode 96), expert Peter Zalewski of Condo Vultures interviews Nelson Stabile - a principal with the development company and private equity group Integra Investments - for the "Real Estate Players Profile" about the condo construction trends in Miami, the decreasing number of Brazilian real estate investors purchasing in South Florida and the future of residential development in the the tricounty region in the COVID-19 pandemic era. 

In Segment 1, Stabile discusses growing up in Brazil's Amazon region before attending high school and university in South Florida. Stabile talks about the historical significance of Brazlian investors on the South Florida real estate and development market. Stabile also discusses why Brazilian investors are not buying South Florida condos at the same velocity.  

In Segment 2, Stabile talks about the evolution of Integra Investments since the Great Recession and coinciding South Florida condo crash. Stabile also compares and contrasts the trends of condo development during the 2003-2010 cycle and the current cycle that began in 2011. The conversation ranges from project density, unit sizes and the "capital stack" structure of the developments.  

In Segment 3 (featured in Episode 96), Stabile discusses his firm's strategy for real estate development and investment in South Florida in 2021 and beyond. The discussion ranges from the current demand for new condo units to the repositioning of failing suburban retail centers into mixed-use hybrid properties.
