Leon is a modern day alchemist and philanthropist whose career spans from being a top chef, to social entrepreneur, a TedX speaker, the author of four books and the founder of three charities. He lives his life aligned with his purpose - no one to bed hungry. Currently Leon is Head of Felix’s Kitchen, a kitchen built to cook 1.5M meals per year for children, families and people in food insecurity in London using surplus food. He mentors people to live a more meaningful life, leading by example.
