Description

Julia Reynolds is an extraordinary visionary with a lot of experience and a vast knowledge on how to make women feel self-confident in their looks through well-made, well-fitted, timeless clothing. She was a retailer for 35 years before becoming the founder of Rey House, a women’s clothing brand that creates timeless pieces based on diverse thoughts of real women on what makes them look and feel good. Julia is also the CEO of several other businesses, where she pursues her passion of making mature women seen and heard through their clothing while co-creating with people who share her vision.

In today’s episode, we discuss the importance of inclusivity in a workspace. Julia talks about the challenges of having a purpose-led and disruptive business, and how she counters those challenges using facts to prove her concept. We also discuss how visionaries can pivot their business led by purpose.

What You’ll Learn:

The work you do is just like putting on clothes - they don’t make you happy or comfortable when they don’t fit. As Julia shows us, when you’re surrounded with people you actually want to work with, you get a chance to create a purpose-led business that’s heading towards a remarkable success.
