As a community of people who want to grow purpose-led businesses that make money and make a difference, many of us are actively seeking to create change. But there is a difference between the change we seek to create and the change that we feel is foist upon us by outside forces. The cost of living crisis, an impending recession, the ongoing war in Ukraine, the crisis in the NHS and other public services; the fallout from the Covid pandemic and, in the UK, the death of our longest serving monarch - all of these issues and more have been imposed upon us and, understandably, they are having a real impact on anxiety levels. In this episode, I share five tips for coping with change.
