Jess* knows what it’s like to be outcast and shamed. In fact, in this interview her name has been changed because her story is one that is still polarising for her, and perhaps you listening. Feelings of guilt, shame and that lump-in-your-throat-chakra feeling, continue to run rife when she shares this part of her journey. Jess was the “other woman” in an affair - one that taught her much, left her questioning her spirituality and unravelled her to a point of starting anew.
