A policeman in Oxfordshire, England, has been told off for littering by a resident after he dropped part of his breakfast onto grass verge outside the resident’s home. The officer was spotted on the resident’s CCTV opening the door f his police car and discarding breadcrusts. The resident demanded they be picked up, and the contrite officer eventually did so. Another police officer later visited the resident to tell him the littering officer had been ordered to undertake “reflective practice” and the matter would go on his record
