Guest Marta Rich, owner of Talisman Wines (along with winemaker husband Scott Rich), a boutique Sonoma Valley winery, talks with us about distribution and brokering. Marta's perspective on this topic is unique as her career includes running distribution sales for many years at Robert Mondavi Winery and Calera Wine Company. The Richs started their boutique winery in 1993 while Marta was still the VP Director of Sales for Calera, a brand that sold mainly through distribution.
