What's Not Bullying:
A one-time argument, joke, or disagreement that isn’t meant to harm or control someone.
What is cyber bullying?
Cyberbullying:
When someone uses phones, social media, or messages to hurt, threaten, or embarrass another person on purpose.
What's Not Cyberbullying:
A single rude comment or disagreement online that doesn’t target or repeat harm
