You know those weeks when even the things you love feel like a chore? That’s where I’ve been lately. And for me, that “thing” happens to be the gym. Which feels strange to say, because movement has always been my happy place. It’s who I am — or at least, who I thought I was.

But lately, I’ve been staring at my gym bag like it’s an ex I’m not ready to talk to yet. The spark just… fizzled. And I found myself asking, What happens when even the healthy habits stop feeling healthy?

So today, I want to talk about what it really looks like to lose motivation — yes, even when you’re someone who’s supposed to have it all figured out. Because sometimes, the strongest thing we can do isn’t push harder — it’s pause long enough to ask why.
