Holding a grudge is something that happens at one point in our lives. Sometimes we don't even realize we are holding a grudge until we look at how we describe or change our attitude towards someone. It is not something that we should be holding onto, but it is also not something we can just say forgive and forget. The process of forgiving takes time just like trust it can't be forced or rushed so you can make someone else feel better.
