Description

In this episode we have Susan Gerbic, a scientific skepticism activist who tells us of their latest psychic sting, named Operation Onion Ring. They expose the Manhattan Medium, Thomas John, and how he uses hot reading to take advantage of people who are grieving.

Susan offers us a different perspective on how to view paranormal occurrences.  90% of you listening right now are believers, but that doesn't mean we should throw away critical thinking to the mix when interpreting things that might be of a paranormal nature, a healthy dose of skepticism should still be practiced.

I do believe psychics who use their gifts to take advantage of the grief of children should be called out and exposed for this harmful practice.  Here's more information about Operation Onion Ring
