Today on the show I talk about Honoring Mental Health in a Relationship. In it's most simplest terms, that's about respect and loving one another through every little difficult. Sometimes you have to set boundaries but remember that it's not about control, it's about putting checks and balances in place to make sure that you're cultivating the life and relationship that you want for each other. Speaking to one another about what you're dealing with is also important. We also talk about relationships in which one partner has issues and the other doesn't as well as relationships in which both partners have difficulties.
