Today on the show let's talk about introversion. What does it really mean to be an introvert? How does it affect your energy and your mental health? I talk a bit about the stigma surrounding many introverts and the variety of introverts that exist. We also talk a bit about extroverts and how they can be misunderstood as well. I wanted to talk about introverts specifically because much of world seems to have a more natural understanding of extroverts but introverts remains either a mystery or mislabeled.
