Today I wanted to talk about revisiting the past. It's something that we eventually do on our mental health journey but how useful is it? Should we take stock in our past? Should we ignore it completely? Many of us idolized the past, or our past, specifically. Many of us have had difficult pasts and may not want to revisit those things.
