Description

As many of are working from home and may not be used to it, I wanted to talk about how to pay attention to our own cycles a bit. We all know about circadian rhythm but our mental cycles are a different story. We have work modes and play modes which both need attention to be in better control of our stress and anxiety. Knowing your personality type helps identify when you may need to shift into one mode or the other. With what's going on in the world I think it'll be more important than ever to be aware of our own needs and establish our own sense of normal.
