Hey love, when I was on my journey with emotional eating, I couldn’t see how body acceptance tied into my emotional eating, but I knew that every time I looked in the mirror I was super critical. I didn’t say the kindest things to myself, and it was debilitating.

As I worked on body acceptance, my body started to shift. I had more energy, I wanted to move more, and eventually, over the years, I liked my body and started to love myself.
