Madisyn and her younger sister grew up in total fear of their father. He was a physically large man full of anger. Their mother struggled with alcohol and was not a kind person after drinking. Madisyn did not have a good opinion of Christianity because her father would take them to church, and she didn’t understand how anything good could be associated with such a mean person she was scared of. There were many times she did not want to live anymore. She spent her high school and young adult years seeking love, happiness, and truth in all the wrong places with partying, New Age practices, and the occult. She made a major mistake one day when she opened herself up to demonic influence through an online tarot card reading. This led to a period of brutal spiritual torment until she cried out to God to help. God helped her, but Madisyn went back to her old ways. She discovered a Bible study that began her down the path of discovering who Jesus really is and built a relationship with Him. She is now a completely different person with a new heart, and in Jesus has found the Truth and Peace she was always seeking. Your testimony has great power.
