Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that caring more means loving more, trying harder means succeeding more, and holding it all together means we are strong. But the truth is — constantly carrying the weight of everything is exhausting.
Life is a rollercoaster. There are incredible highs, painful lows, and long steady stretches in between. When we try to control every dip and turn, we end up overwhelmed, overstimulated, and disconnected from the present moment.
Today, I’m talking about what it really means to give less f*cks — not from a place of apathy, but from a place of protecting your peace, regulating your nervous system, and choosing what truly deserves your energy. Because when we stop pouring energy into what drains us, we finally have space to be present, soft, grounded, and happy.
