Our earthly humanness is defined by yearning, longing, and desire. You have been hard wired to adore. Just look at what presently may have your mind, heart, affections. But oftentimes, it may feel difficult to adore God this way.
What would change if you realized that God first adored you? And that his baseline disposition towards you is one of compassion.
