Almost every single article related to morning habits stresses the importance of starting your day right. By taking back your morning, you set the tone for the new day (instead of letting the day run you). How you spend the first hour of your day has a major impact on the rest of your day - and, therefore, your entire life. So here are some tips on how to create a morning routine that establishes and improves your physical, emotional, and mental health.
It doesn’t have to take a lot of time! I’m going to challenge you to spend an hour taking back your morning, but you can just as easily do the same routine in 6 minutes! However much time you have, this routine will get you into the right frame of mind for a great day!
