How to get out of a rut?!!?

UGH I HAVE BEEN FEELIN some type of way over this past week and it could have been because its that time of the month but honestly it made me so frustrated that I COULDN’T SNAP OUT OF IT.

I was feeling down on myself,

sluggish,

lazy,

exhausted,

Not making good choices for nutrition,

Forcing myself to workout bc I thought it would help,

Snapping at Justin,

Isolating myself,

Not doing well at work etc…

BUT THEN I REALIZED. OK SHAN. What can you do to DO DIFFERENTLY THIS TIME.

What can you do to change this rut.

What can you do to choose differently? 

I put it to the test and tried some different things and it WORKED. So I figured I would share with you incase you are finding yourself in a rut today!

Ask yourself these simple questions:

“Where is this feeling getting me right now?”

“Is what happening in my life right now, serving me?”

“What got me here?”

“What could I do differently next time?”

“Am I doing things that make happy or things I feel like I NEED to do for other peoples happiness?”

“Am I taking care of my body and mind each day?”

“Can I choose again?”
