Description

Basically my negative thinking was affecting my relationships, my work, my mindset, my eating habits, my workouts… legit EVERYTHING.  I went from being a bulimic, extremely depressed, perfectionist person to now someone who NOTICES when I am triggered, or slipping back into my ways and use tools to STOP and switch that mindset in its tracks. HONESTLY being negative for so long is like a prison you are keeping yourself in because you are afraid of who that positive person might be.

I believe anyone can break free of negativity for good. Why do I believe that? Because if I can do it (and I have) from the dark place I used to be in, then I trust these tools will work for you too—no matter where you’re at.

I use to be in a conversation with someone and here myself either

  1. Downplay what I am doing (make it sound negative) so I don’t outshine, or sound boastful.

  2. I would respond negatively or find myself complaining about EVERY situation and be like “wtf shannon, shut up” stop being a complainer.

  3. I would then leave that conversation and then BEAT MYSELF UP for being such a negative human and why can’t i just be positive..

  4. THEN THE CYCLE WOULD CONTINUE, CONTINUE, CONTINUE.

IT FREAKIN SUCKKKEDDDDD!!!

SO HERE are my tips for you to get rid of the negative mean girl thats inside of you once and for ALLLLLL!
