Today’s guest is another local talent and entrepreneur, Jillian Babcock. Jillian is the owner of MakeupBy Jillian B. Jillian grew up in Pearl River, NY and almost became a police officer (at least that is how the story started!). Jillian explains how she always had makeup as a passion and it kept on pulling her in. She graduated college and became a paralegal in Pearl River, but just wasn't satisfied because the makeup itch was always there. Jillian tells us about her incredible story of her doing whatever she needed to do to get her foot in the industry! She opened up her own business in 2015 and finally fulfilled her passion of becoming a makeup artist. Her business has exploded and she is so in love with what she does. She has had such an incredible journey and that journey is riveting to hear about. She shares some of her insights and challenges on this podcast.
