Description

I'm joined by my high school best friends and former teammates: Keelin Rasch and Capel Henshaw.

Keelin was a former college baseball player who was at one point drafted by the Atlanta Braves. He was a great 3 sport athlete. Today he is a Physical Therapist who specials in working with athletes and has a breadth of knowledge when it comes to training and injuries.

Capel played college basketball at Lewis University. His senior year of high school he won a state championship and his team was named to the IL high school basketball Hall of Fame this past year. Capel is now working in the athletic department at the University of Southern Indiana.

The guys had plenty of laughs as they told old high school stories, and they're not 'you had to be there' stories. They'e stories that anyone will enjoy. They also talked about team culture and what makes a locker room special. Any coach can learn from their ideas on culture trumping talent.
