In TEAM part 2 the guys go into pruning bad branches. Which essentially means to be able to let bad people go from your team. Healthy trees have to have branches pruned. It's very difficult. Being an empathetic leader will cause you to keep people longer than they should be kept. Did you know that having hard conversations with people or even letting them go is Biblical?
They finish up with being a TEAM in your marriage. Being one with your spouse. You cannot parent well if you and your spouse aren't on the same team. Doing little things like going to bed at the same time or stating to your kids that dad and mom are teammates first, can make your relationship stronger.
