Welcome to a new V3 series "The Season". I'm going to be joined by Jay Benish every Monday throughout the high school basketball season and give you a behind the scenes look into the life of a coach. High school coaches are the foundation of all sports, however they're covered the least. It's time we give the spotlight to a much deserved group.
Episode 0 serves an introduction to Jay and myself. We share our coaching history and how we came to know each other. Included are tips on some things to do as you enter the field of coaching. We also get a quick rundown of the Oconomowoc coaching staff and what they do for the team.
