We had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin Grossman and Adela Schoolderman for a recent webinar in Applichat Healthcare's ongoing series on nurse/healthcare recruitment.  Adela and Kevin recently launched their new book, “Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance”. Written for HR professionals and all those responsible for talent acquisition, this evidence-based guide explains what candidate experience is, why it matters and how it impacts the bottom line.  Looking at the candidate experience broadly, our webinar discussion will focus on the application, interview, and offer phases of the nurse/healthcare talent acquisition process. Adela and Kevin will share insights from the book and their many years of experience in talent acquisition, with an eye to streamlining and improving these processes to better engage - and hire - the talent you need.  

Kevin W. Grossman is the President of Talent Board, a research organization which provides industry benchmarks to show the business impact of effective candidate experience. Based in Santa Cruz, California, he has more than 22 years' experience in human capital and talent acquisition strategy and is responsible for the Candidate Experience Awards worldwide.  Adela Schoolderman is the Director of Learning Programs and Advisory Services at Talent Board. Based in Santa Cruz, California, she has over 12 years' experience in talent acquisition, specializing in management consulting and technology recruiting within the financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail and hospitality industries.
