    Address: Viera, FL (look for Bayhill neighborhood around Viera Blvd & Star Rush Dr)

    Why: On Reddit, locals say “Bayhill in Viera always has a ton of kids, please join us!”  

    Tip: Park on a feeder street and walk in — lots of homes are giving out candy.

  2. Hammock Pointe – off Pineda Street, Melbourne / Palm Bay area

    Address: Hammock Pointe subdivision (near Pineda St), FL

    Why: Described as “great… sidewalks on both sides and speed bumps… quarter-acre lots so houses are close to each other” for good trick-or-treating.  

    Tip: Choose one of the smaller interior streets in Hammock Pointe for the best flow.

  3. Sherwood Avenue – Satellite Beach

    Address: Sherwood Ave, Satellite Beach, FL (cul-de-sac event style)

    Why: Called out in news for being “one big party on a street that ends in a cul-de-sac … tons of candy”  

    Tip: Since it may be large/super-busy, go a little earlier than peak time to avoid crowds.

  4. Stratford Pointe – West Melbourne

    Address: Stratford Pointe subdivision, West Melbourne, FL

    Why: One commenter: “Stratford Pointe over in West Melbourne usually gets pretty busy, and the majority of houses are giving out candy.”  

    Tip: Good for backup list in case Palm Bay streets are quieter.

  5. Sandy Pines Circle – Palm Bay

    Address: Sandy Pines Circle (near Turkey Creek Sanctuary area), Palm Bay, FL

    Why: Reddit user: “The neighborhood by Turkey Creek… It’s called Sandy Pines. Used to live in there…”  

    Tip: Very local for you — you might even walk from home if you’re feeling adventurous.
