Have you ever felt like you didn’t have the strength to keep going? Maybe it was trying to pass a tough class, stand up for what’s right, or even keep praying when it feels like God is far away. The truth is, following Jesus is not always the easiest path—but it is the strongest. Proverbs 10:29 reminds us that the way of the Lord is like a strong fortress for those who follow Him. In Psalm 20, we see that God doesn’t just hear our prayers—He desires to give strength, success, and direction. And in Acts 18, Paul shows us what it looks like to live boldly, even when surrounded by people who don’t believe the same way. God’s way may not be the easiest, but it is the only one that leads to lasting strength, joy, and victory.

THINK ABOUT IT
1. God as Your Stronghold: What challenges are you facing right now where you need God’s strength to hold you up?
2. Prayers with Purpose: If God really wants to fulfill His plans for your life (Psalm 20:4), how would you pray differently this week?
3. Bold Living: Like Paul in Acts 18, are you willing to stand firm in your faith, even if people around you don’t agree?

BOTTOM LINE

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank You for being my stronghold when life feels heavy. Remind me that Your way is not only right but powerful enough to carry me through every challenge. Help me to trust Your plans, to pray with faith, and to live boldly for You no matter what. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
