Have you ever felt left out because you’re trying to follow God while others seem to be having more fun doing whatever they want? It can be hard not to get jealous when people who don’t care about God seem to be winning. But Proverbs 24:19–20 reminds us that what looks like success without God won’t last. It might shine for a while, but it burns out in the end.
Meanwhile, in Numbers 28–30, we’re reminded that God values faithfulness—daily offerings, keeping promises, and showing up for Him matter more than flashy moments. God sees your quiet obedience. You might not get a spotlight for being faithful, but God honors it in powerful ways.

THINK ABOUT IT
1. Who are you watching? It’s easy to get distracted by people who seem to be winning without God. But where are their choices really leading them? Are they headed toward something lasting—or something empty?
2. Faithfulness matters: In Numbers 28, God calls for regular offerings. Why? Because He values consistency. It's not about grand gestures but small, steady steps of obedience.
3. Your word counts: Numbers 30:2 shows how much God values our promises. What you say and commit to—especially when it comes to God—matters deeply. Are you someone others (and God) can trust?

BOTTOM LINE
Don’t chase the spotlight the world offers when God is inviting you to a life that actually lasts. Stay faithful, keep your word, and trust that God sees you—even when no one else does.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, help me not to envy those who seem to succeed without You. Teach me to value faithfulness over flashiness and to keep my word even when it's hard. Strengthen me to walk with You daily, knowing that You see and honor every step. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
