Some days it feels like your brain is full—homework, social media, friend drama, future plans. It’s easy to tune out when God is trying to speak through His Word. But in Proverbs 23:12, we’re reminded to lean in with our hearts and ears—to intentionally choose wisdom. Psalm 104 shows us a God who’s powerful and creative, worthy of praise.

And Leviticus 19 might seem like a bunch of old rules, but it’s really God calling His people (that includes us!) to live differently—to live holy. When you put these together, they paint a picture: a heart tuned to God is a heart ready to live for Him.

THINK ABOUT IT

1. Heart and Ears Check: Are you taking time to listen to God—not just with your ears but with your heart? What might help you stay more focused on His voice each day?

2. Praise Is Powerful: Psalm 104 is full of awe for who God is. How can singing, journaling, or just noticing nature help you praise Him more during your everyday routines?

3. Holy Living Today: Being holy doesn’t mean being perfect—it means being set apart. What’s one small way you can reflect God’s character in how you treat others or make decisions?

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, thank You for being a God who speaks, creates, and calls us to something higher. Help me tune my heart to Your instruction and choose to praise You, even when life is noisy or hard. Teach me what it means to live set apart and to reflect who You are. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
