Description

Yoga practice with Caitlin Rose Kenney: This short practice features a joint release series that will help you feel healthy and mobile in your body. This daily practice is beneficial to people during all phases of life and will prepare you for whatever your day holds whether that is sitting in meetings or training for a triathlon. This standing sequence will work sequentially through the major joints in your body from your feet to your neck. Joint release exercises increase synovial fluid in the joint sites and improve circulation. Enjoy!
