Tarot & Crystals
Welcome back to Every Day Tarot, your daily dive into the wisdom of the cards. Season 15 is all about tarot and crystals, and today we’re exploring the radiant, rainbow energy of Anandalite.
Anandalite, also known as Aurora Quartz, is a naturally iridescent variety of quartz that reflects shimmering colors like the northern lights. Its name means “divine bliss,” and it’s a crystal of awakening, harmony, and integration.
In this episode, we explore Anandalite’s unique formation, its magical correspondences, and its resonance with tarot archetypes of renewal and balance.

Anandalite: Myth, Magic & Meaning
Anandalite’s prismatic glow comes from the way light bends through its internal structure, creating spectral flashes of violet, gold, blue, and green. The rainbow shimmer is said to bridge the grounded energy of Earth with the expansive perspective of the cosmos.
Found in the Himalayas, Anandalite often grows in clusters that resemble snowy peaks—a fitting image for a crystal whose Sanskrit name means “abode of the snow.”
In magical practice, Anandalite is used to:
Support spiritual awakening and intuitive clarity
Balance and harmonize energy across the chakras
Bridge earthly routines with cosmic perspective
It resonates with Venus and Jupiter, blending love and expansion, and aligns with both Fire and Earth—an unusual combination that balances passion with steadiness.
Anandalite & the Tarot
Anandalite, named for divine bliss, is like a rainbow in the storm—steadying the heart while opening higher senses. Anandalite resonates with archetypes of illumination and integration.
It mirrors The Star, offering renewal and divine guidance. It resonates with Temperance, teaching balance, flow, and integration. It connects to the Three of Pentacles, reminding us of the importance of collaboration and shared purpose. Its lesson: true growth comes through harmony, integration, and trusting in the process.
