Description

Welcome to season 7, where I am talking all about the Suit of Pentacles!

What we explore in this episode:

Decks Referenced:

In this episode, we talk about the grounded teamwork of the Three of Pentacles. This is a card about building something bigger than yourself through steady collaboration, communication, and shared vision. Whether you're working on a creative project, learning a new skill, or deepening your role within a group, the Three of Pentacles celebrates your effort and reminds you—you don’t have to do it alone.

We explore the visual symbolism of this card across several decks, including golden spirals, joined hands, and sacred geometric shapes that hint at harmony and structure. These images reinforce the idea that collective efforts thrive when we honor each person’s gifts and give ourselves room to grow through trial, error, and refinement.

This card also invites us to soften perfectionism. To honor the beauty in being teachable. To celebrate the milestones we’ve already reached while staying open to what's still unfolding.

If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!

In the first season, I talked tarot basics.

In seasons 2 and 3, I went through the major arcana and the four suits, one per episode.

In season 4, I talked all about Tarot in Pop Culture and examined representations of Tarot in videogames, TV shows, movies, and more.

In season 5, I went through 13 Common Tarot Spreads.

And in season 6, I went through the Suit of Wands.

Today's Tarot Pull:

Today’s card came from The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, and it was The Champion, drawn in reverse.

In this context, the Champion warns us about burnout, stagnation, and the inner critic that whispers we’re not doing enough. But its message also nudges us back toward self-trust and reminds us that we’re allowed to lean on others.

In moments when we doubt ourselves, we can return to the relationships and routines that help us remember why we started in the first place.
