In today's episode, I give a little life update and share the incident that happened to me a few days ago, how I'm moving through it and the main emotions that are present for me right now: anger and shame.
Shame has been a topic that has come up a lot recently, for myself and for my clients. I talk about how shame is incredibly smart in that it stops us from allowing us to observe the needs, wants and desires beneath it.
