Ryan Ao, interviews Sarah Adams in this episode 10 of the flip. Ryan met Sara through his wife Constance in 2012. They had been friends for many years before through a spiritual teacher and song gatherings. Sarah decided during her college years in the music and psychology programs at UCLA that the perfectionism expected was harming her deeply. She decided after leaving that she has a gift of spiritual wisdom and knowledge beyond what I (and likely most people) have ever experienced and she made her flip happen by choosing to pursued a life of service to others through sharing this wisdom as well as through her healing music.
