Adam Elk from The Mommyheads is BACK and he's here to school us on another staple of New Wave music, DEVO!!! They started to be subversive to the music that was popular and ended up starting musical trends that continued on through the 80s. Like it or not, after releasing Are We Not Men, they were part of the musical landscape.
