With over 16 years of experience as an HR Generalist and L&D Specialist, Afeef has worked in six countries and spoken in over 50 countries in service excellence, leadership, organizational behaviour, and performance. Afeef is also the founding member of the Maldives Association of HR Professionals and Maldives Professional Speakers Association and is currently the Vice President of both Associations. Afeef is a community contributor and continuously works for the betterment of the nation. Afeef is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Executive Education, MBA Class of 2016/2017.
