Talk about remakes!
Superman is a character that has been portrayed by more than most. To date there have been 12 live action Supermen spanning from 1948 to 2025. Superman beats out Batman (11) and James Bond (7) for live action actors.
In this bonus episode, Bridget tells Erica all about the history of Superman in live action films, from Kirk Alyn in the black and white serials of the 40s and 50s, to the latest gent to don Kent's glasses - David Corenswet.
In the interest of time, we only discuss the live action film actors, but there's also a number of portrayals across various media. This is one character that has stood the test of time and has been remade for every generation.
