- January 16th (Thursday): Lifestyle Advisory Committee Meeting, 3:30 PM via Zoom.
- January 20th (Monday): BCA office closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
- January 23rd (Thursday): Hearing Panel Meeting, 6:00 PM via Zoom.
- January 24th: 2025 BOD Election calendar shared.
- January 25th (Saturday): Deadline to remove holiday decorations.
- January 27th (Monday): Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting, 6:00 PM, North Beach Clubhouse (also available on Zoom).
- January 28th (Tuesday): ARC Meeting, 3:30 PM, BCA Office.
- January 30th (Thursday): Roundtable on Communications & Lifestyle, 10:00–11:00 AM, North Beach Clubhouse.
- January 31st (Friday): Deadline for amenity renewal.
- February 1st (Saturday): Compliance inspections begin for amenity stickers.
