Description

In today's episode I interview Matty Lansdown, a scientist, nutritionist and an emotional and binge eating specialist about how to level up during perimenopause. We talk about some of the emotional challenges of perimenopause and how that can impact our eating.

Matty Lansdown is a scientist, nutritionist and an Emotionaland Binge Eating Specialist that works with weight loss and self confidence for women.

Starting out in the field of nutritional epigenetics andspending several years working in hospitals as part of a disease research team, Matty believes that most disease and illness is not due to bad luck but as a result of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Matty’s extensive experience allowed him to uncover thedeeper challenge people have with health which isn’t about calories or kale, but in fact mindset and behaviour change. The people he works with know what they need to do, they know how to do it, but they’re just not doing it, andthey don’t know why. Having been on his own personal development journey, Matty is now super-passionate about showing people how to level up their health so that healthy habits and the best food choices are easy and natural, not through force or willpower but through true transformation.

Likewise, Matty’s weekly podcast “How to NOT Get Sick andDie”, provides his followers and clients with a deep dive into nutrition, psychology, behaviour change and how to develop healthy habits that last.
