My guest today is this inspiring woman Johanna Auer. She is a yoga teacher, fitness coach and throughout her own journey she became a specialist in cycle syncing. She spills the tea: How to workout and nurture your body in alignment with your cycle. 

Her personal story: She lost her own cycle from daily HIIT + marathons. Thought she is living a healthy lifestyle till reality kicked in and she sat down to then crack the code with cycle syncing to help her body heal.

🌸Spring (follicular): Estrogen surges, tackle everything

Tips: Track temp + cervical mucus. Deload weights second half. Eat MORE when hungry (science says your metabolism speeds up!).
