Capacity is one of my absolute favourite things to talk about (and think about). Because it comes up all the time.

One of the most common things I hear from the mums I work with is this.

I just don’t have the capacity.

Not enough energy. Not enough space. Not enough time.

Capacity isn’t about doing more. It’s not even about time or energy. It’s about the way you think about those things.

In this episode, I walk you through how I’ve shifted my thinking to expand capacity in motherhood and how you can too. I share examples from my own week, what it looks like in real life (with little people in tow), and why our default thoughts often make us feel more depleted than we actually are.
