Something that often becomes apparent in my work with clients is that their relationship with their feelings is a problem. And behind this problematic relationship with their feelings is this - they don't perceive their feelings as GOOD. Feelings get in the way, they're overwhelming, they're a waste of time, or the person worries they might end up like their mother/father/sibling whose response to their feelings caused damage...
So, this episode is my effort at shifting how you perceive your feelings.
