Hugo is a 32 year old Cal State Fullerton graduate with a degree in Radio-TV-Film and an extensive background in finance. Overcoming poverty has given Hugo a passion for helping people achieve better financial health and Stay Winning. He currently lives in South Orange County with his girlfriend where he recently purchased a second property.
