The one aspect of my job that I find that takes the largest toll on me is constant meetings. Especially since starting to work from home last year, I've certainly experienced social burnout from too many meetings.

But shocker! Did you know that the reason for being burnt out isn't from the number of meetings in your day but actually from being visible and on camera!? Understanding this has pushed me to take better care of my mental health and implement an off-camera day into my schedule every now and again.
