When I start to feel down or drained, my very basic routine of self-care is the first to go. Usually, I can pull myself out of my slump and get back into my daily routine but there are sometimes when it's harder and I can be down for a bit.
The biggest tip that has helped me reset, is a sentiment from my Grandma, “When you look good you feel good and when you feel good you do good.”
