Happy 2023!

Now that we're back to the usual grind, everyone is talking about their New Year's Resolutions and goals for the year. *insert eye roll* Personally, while I believe in self-improvement and am always looking for new ways to grow I don’t necessarily believe that you need a new year to start learning or change your lifestyle. You can do that at whatever time you like!

So this year I wanted to take a different approach to my resolutions. In this episode, I'm discussing the small changes and new mentality I'm taking into 2023. My major takeaway is our goals aren't everything. We are so much more than our achievements and my hope for 2023 is that we can avoid getting sucked into the toxic cycle of finding our self-value in only our accomplishments.
