We're speaking with Tatyana Frost, mental health case manager, advocate, writer and content creator of @havingbipolar. Tatyana is living with Bipolar Disorder type 1 and has recently published a self-help journal for the sole purpose of those with Bipolar Disorder to help gain deeper personal insight. She’s also just started a support group to serve as an online resource and continue the mental health conversation.

Tatyana shares the experiences surrounding her diagnosis, how her family and peers reacted and furthermore how her life has shifted since. We also talk about her work in the mental health sphere and how there are still so many of us that still do not have resources nor the capabilities to seek proper mental health treatment and professional help. This episode is for anyone who wants to learn more about bipolar, for anyone who’s struggling to find support or for those that are looking to honour their mental health and live a fulfilled life.
